In the afternoon we take a tour of the Guinness Storehouse and learn all about Ireland’s most popular export. Day 3 - As I Was Going Over The Cork and Kerry Mountains...
We travel across beautiful Irish countryside to arrive at Killarney, Ireland’s oldest National Park which is a designated UNESCO Biosphere Reserve due to its high eco diversity and is home to Ireland’s only native herd of Red Deer. Our visit to Killarney will include a tour of Muckcross House and Gardens as well as an expedition into the National Park’s lakes, woods and waterfalls. Before retiring to our luxury hotel for the evening (The Ballysede Castle Hotel, Killarney), we will take a driving tour of the famous Ring of Kerry, stopping along the way to take in the Wild Atlantic Coast’s most spectacular views.

The coastal village of Doolin is the perfect location from which to explore more of Ireland’s dramatic coastline. We will visit the spectacular Cliffs of Moher before taking the ferry from Doolin to the Aran Islands, where life is still lived in the traditional Irish way – coming here is like stepping back in time! We spend the evening immersing ourselves even further in Irish life by spending an evening in Doolin, which is internationally renowned for traditional Irish music. Doolin’s pubs have live music from local musicians and visitors every day and can guarantee a night of great craic!

Day 5 - I Lost My Heart to a Galway Girl...
Spend a day losing yourself in this vibrant city: explore the quirky sides streets and bustling squares of Galway; take in the fantastic street performers; shop for a famous Claddagh Ring or relax in one of the city’s award-winning cafés and restaurants. From the city’s very own Latin Quarter, to Ireland’s largest medieval parish church, to a tiny museum to James Joyce’s wife and muse – Galway can’t fail to steal your heart.

Day 6 - Astounding Architecture and Glorious Grounds...
Kylemore Abbey is a Benedictine Monastery which was founded in 1920 on the site of Kylemore Castle, for Benedictine nuns who fled Belgium in World War One. The Castle itself dates from the 1860s and covers around 40,000 square feet while the 6 acre Victorian walled gardens with magnificently restored buildings, take up just a fraction of the property’s 1000-acre estate. The combination of history, landscape and design make Kylemore Abbey one of the most spectacular destinations in Ireland. After this we head to the breath-taking Ashford Castle Hotel where we will spend the night in absolute 5* luxury.
